Andrew Forsyth takes Turkey Trot titles

Andrew Forsyth, 20, of Heathsville set the pace for the 19th annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot through the streets of Irvington on Thursday, November 22.

Forsyth won both races. He posted a chip elapsed time of 11:22:1 and a pace of 5:41 in the two-mile and 30:16.5 with a pace of 6:03 in the five-mile race.

In the two-mile, DeAvion Harding, 16, of Weems followed Forsyth across the finish line in 11:37.3 with a pace of 5:49. Ricky Cappetta, 25, of Stafford placed third in 11:51.8 with a pace of 5:55.
