Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital recently announced laboratory manager Linda Duncanson is the April Employee of the Month.
Duncanson received numerous submissions from staff praising her for going above and beyond her duties, her wonderful disposition and setting a great example for her staff by always pitching in and making sure patient needs are met quickly and efficiently, reported marketing coordinator Joanna Marchetti.
In her free time, Duncanson enjoys working on her vegetable garden, kayaking, fishing, cooking, reading, aerobics at the YCMA and spending time with her friends and family, including husband Bill and sons Will and Patrick, said Marchetti.
Duncanson has been with RGH for 40 years and is proud to be part of the team, added Marchetti.
Congratulations to all of the nominees for April Employee Recognition, including Kimberly Headley, Virginia Allen, RN and Angela Jones, she said.
These staff members have been recognized by their colleagues for their hard work and commitment to the ministry of Bon Secours and the good help being provided at Rappahannock General Hospital, said Marchetti.
