Frances A. Haynie

REEDVILLE—Frances Armsworthy Haynie, 99, of Reedville passed away on January 25, 2017.

Her greatest blessing was her husband of 51 years, Vincent, who preceded her in death in 1989.

She leaves two children, David Vincent Haynie (Anne) of Reedville and Julia M. Cardozo Haynie of Colorado; a very special nephew, Dr. Norwood Cardozo (Sue) of Florida, Julia Merle’s brother; and two wonderful grandsons, Vincent (Lydia) and Russell (Lynne) Haynie of Reedville; two step-granddaughters, Kathy (Timothy) Pittman of Lancaster, Holly (Maxwell) King of Chesapeake; four great-grandchildren Emory, Samuel, Sarah and David Christopher Haynie and four step-great grandchildren, Tiffany and Paige Pittman and Allen and Anne King. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service and reception will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, at Fairfields Baptist Church, 15213 Northumberland Highway, Burgess, VA 22432. Interment will be private at Roseland Cemetery, Reedville.
