Junior Cotillion will return on October 14

Students practice their social dancing skills at a previous Junior Cotillion class.

The Junior Cotillion of the Northern Neck will hold its first dance of the season from 4-5 p.m. October 14 in the Parish Hall of Grace Episcopal Church, 303 South Main Street, Kilmarnock.

The Junior Cotillion teaches the importance of social etiquette, social dancing and the values of honor, courtesy, respect, kindness and self confidence, reported director Kimberly Vail.

“This is our seventh year of Junior Cotillion. We are pleased to have sixth and seventh graders attend from eight public and private schools in Lancaster, Middlesex and Essex counties,” said Vail.
