LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened on September 22. Judge R. Michael McKenney presided over the following cases.
Christopher O’Neal Crockett of Weems failed to appear in court on a felony probation violation. The case was continued to October 28.
Brandy Nicole Bartron of Newport News failed to appear on two misdemeanor probation violations. The case was continued to September 29.
Maria F. Thompson’s trial on 12 forgery charges and one charge of failure to appear was postponed on a motion by the Commonwealth’s Attorney. Judge McKenney noted the objection of the defense.
Ashley D. Hosmer of Tappahannock failed to appear on two felony probation violations. The case was continued to October 28.
