LANCASTER—Judge R. Michael McKenney convened term day on April 27 in Lancaster County Circuit Court. He presided over the following cases.
The case against Christopher O’Neal Crockett of Weems, charged with felony probation violation, was continued to July 27.
Matthew Quentin Rosner did not appear on felony probation violations. The case was continued to July 27.
Delaina Deanne Cooper of Burgess was issued a show cause for failing to appear on three felony probation violations. Arraignment was continued to May 25.
The case against Sharon Kay Pelkey of Weems, charged with multiple felony probation violations, was continued to July 13 on a defense motion.
The case against Michael A. Bowman of Richmond, charged with felony probation violations, was continued to July 27.
Lorenzo William Jones Jr. of Richmond was arraigned on felony probation violations. Jones asked for a new attorney. The case was continued to May 4 when a trial date will be set.
Charges against Dawn Marie Clarke of Sandstone for unauthorized use of a vehicle were dismissed…
