In August, local Indivisible groups offered area eighth-grade art teachers an opportunity to challenge their students to create a poster on the theme of voting, reported media contact Mari Bonomi.
The project was the brainchild of Arlene Crabbe, said Bonomi. Students were asked to use the theme “Voting is your Superpower” and to include a pledge statement about voting when they turned 18.
