March forecast calls for Wind, Weather and Water at Art Center

A new exhibit, Wind, Weather and Water, recently opened at the RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The exhibit including mixed media, photographs and paintings, will be on display until March 31.

Sandy Manning, the judge for this exhibit, is well known for her leadership in the design and creation of the mural outside the Lancaster Community Library, reported exhibit coordinator Mary Ellis. Manning is in her fourth year teaching visual and graphic arts at Lancaster High School…
