The Morattico Waterfront Museum on September 22 will present “Sax on the Beach,” a one-man concert featuring saxophonist T.R. Sax.
The outdoor performance will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. in the James A. Vick Pavilion at the Morattico Waterfront Museum, 6584 Morattico Road, Morattico, reported Mary Byrd Martin.
T.R. Sax of Deltaville specializes in a variety of musical styles and is billed as “an ordinary guy who likes to get saxy.”
Admission will include snacks and water. Tickets are $5 at the door. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. No pets, no coolers and no BYOB.
Part community gathering and part fundraiser benefitting the museum’s building improvement fund, the event also offers sunset views in a riverfront village, said Martin.
