HEATHSVILLE —The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened March 14, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Terrell P. Dickerson of Heathsville, charged with three felony offenses of entering a structure to commit assault and battery, failure to appear and a probation violation, pled guilty on all charges and was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and 10 days in jail.
The case of Edwardo J. Garner of Farnham, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, was continued to May 23.
The case of Tara F. Miller of Ohio, charged with felony grand larceny, was continued to March 28.
The case of Jason A. Ritchie of Lottsburg, charged with two felony offenses of destruction of property and entering a house to rape, was continued to March 28.
The case of David Roberts of Callao, charged with two misdemeanor offenses of a probation violation, was continued to July 25.
Carl W. Short of Lancaster, charged with misdemeanor operation of a vehicle with improper brakes, pled guilty and was ordered to pay fines.
Crystal Smith of Caret, charged with felony manufacturing a controlled substance, pled guilty and was sentenced to one year of supervised probation.
Herbert Washington of Caret, charged with felony manufacturing a controlled substance, pled guilty and was sentenced to one year of supervised probation.
The case of Brian K. Wyatt Jr. of Reedville, charged with a felony and misdemeanor offense of selling or distributing marijuana, was set for trial May 9.
Amanda Taylor of Monterey, charged with a felony offense of child abuse and manufacturing a controlled substance, pled guilty and was sentenced to 2 years of supervised probation.
The case of Christine Cirino of Paynesville, charged with a felony offense of manufacturing a controlled substance and a misdemeanor offense of violating a pre-trial condition, was continued to April 25.
