Northumberland County Circuit Court Report

HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened April 3, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.

William A. Thompson of Wicomico Church was arraigned on three felony charges for failing to comply with conditions of a pre-trial release. Trial was set for July 17.

The case of Quinta D. Bromley of Heathsville, charged with three felonies of a probation violation, was set for trial May 1.

Larry T. Williams of Richmond, charged with three felonies of carnal knowledge with a 13- or 14-year-old without force, pled guilty and was sentenced to 15 years.

Terrel P. Dickerson of Heathsville, charged with a felony probation violation, pled guilty and was sentenced to one year, ten months and ten days, with one year and nine months suspended. The case is set for review May 1.
