For those wishing to enroll at Rappahannock Community College for the 2017-18 academic year, the deadline to apply for scholarships is 11:59 p.m. February 17.
The scholarship application is available to current or prospective students at rappahannock.edu, or call the Warsaw Campus, 333-6730, or Glenns Campus, 758-6730.
“The college’s goal is to make it possible for any student with the ability and desire to learn to attend and receive a degree from RCC,” said president Dr. Elizabeth Crowther. “A growing base of available scholarships coupled with federal and state financial assistance programs will make that dream a reality.”
Over $400,000 in scholarships, offered under a completely separate process from federal and state financial aid, are available. Filling out the application once puts students under consideration for all of them. Scholarship recipients will be notified of their awards by mid-April.
