Several town officials sworn in

Seven people were sworn in to serve as appointed officials at the Irvington Town Council meeting last Thursday.

Lancaster County Clerk of Circuit Court Diane Mumford administered the oath of office, making their terms official.

Robert Fleet III, Jeffrey Schroeder and Albert Pollard were sworn in to serve on the board of zoning appeals (BZA). Shirley Crockett, also appointed to serve on the BZA, was absent from the meeting and will be sworn in at the clerk’s office.

Julie Harris was sworn in to serve as a planning commission member. Mike Matthieson will be sworn in to serve on the planning commission at the clerk’s office.

Town administrator Roy Kime, town attorney Nancyellen Keane and town clerk Sharon Phillips were also sworn in.

Following a closed session, Phillips said Cay Bradley was appointed to serve as a planning commission member to fill a vacant spot…
