Virginia native Shane Cooley will return August 24 to perform at Willaby’s on the Rappahannock, 327 Old Ferry Road, White Stone. The show is from 7 to 9 p.m.
Cooley recently received critical acclaim from Billboard Magazine writer Jeff Miller, stating that Cooley is “..one hit away from radio stardom,” and that “his hip-shaking ways will soon be making their way to bigger stages.” Miller caught one of Cooley’s 12 performances during this year’s South by Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas.
Cooley has been writing, recording and performing songs since age 13.
