The Lancaster Texettes girls fast pitch softball team, active from 1970 to 1976, will have a reunion at 2 p.m. June 9 at the Haydon Building, Dream Fields, 1385 Irvington Road, Kilmarnock.
The reunion will mark the first ever get-together for the team that won over 100 games, including wins over men’s teams, said organizer Carroll Lee Ashburn.
The reunion committee seeks information on several former players including Christine Clark, Mary Margaret Clegg, Janie Morgan, Marjorie Pittman, Clora Dixon, Gail George Huff, Elaine Gough and Sue Warwick.
