FORT COLLINS, CO—Warren “Renny” O’Brien, a native of Fluvanna County and former owner of Virginia Farm Agency Realty Inc., passed away on March 31, 2018, in Fort Collins, Colorado, three days shy of his 80th birthday.
He was a longtime real estate broker in Charlottesville and Fluvanna County until retiring to Reedville, and then to Fort Collins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren Francis O’Brien and Frances Corbusier O’Brien.
He is survived by a son, Patrick Cook O’Brien and daughter-in-law, Francesca A. O’Brien of Fort Collins; and a son, Warren Gregory O’Brien, daughter-in-law, Jodi E. Pettazzoni, and two grandchildren, Conor G. O’Brien and Kayla E. O’Brien, of Greensboro, N.C.; in addition to two brothers, Jonathan A. O’Brien and David S. O’Brien.

Gravesite funeral plans at Grace Episcopal Church in Bremo Bluff will be arranged at a later date.
