The 2021 Labor Day Art Show will open Wednesday, September 1, at the RAL Art Center, 19 North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
The show judge is Robin Caspari, a celebrated oil painter and instructor. Robin recently taught a very successful class in creating strong composition and design at RAL Art Center, reported Barbara Kershner, president of the RAL Art Center board of directors. Caspari lives and works in Central Virginia.
