Allison’s teams with VFW to give away flags

Allison’s ACE Hardware president Nancy Fisher recently presented the first of 240 American flags to Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7167 commander George Jenkins for distribution during Memorial Day weekend. Allison’s ACE Hardware, 3010 Northumberland Highway, Lottsburg, is joining forces with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7167 in the Northern Neck to distribute free American flags for Memorial Day.

Allison’s will give away 240 flags to its customers and has presented another 240 flags to the VFW, who will distribute them throughout the region. Nationally, ACE Hardware Inc. is giving away more than a million American flags.
