The Animal Welfare League of the Northern Neck recently announced a fun community contest for pet lovers.
“With many children looking for something to do, as well as adults, we thought a contest would be a great way for all ages to hone their writing skills and to raise money to help dogs and cats in the Northern Neck, said Judith Harvell. “We all love animals, but some love cats more and some love dogs more. Why is that?”
