Banquet marks 2023 Chamber year

The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce held its annual meeting and dinner Friday, March 1, at the Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck in Kilmarnock. Executive director Sydney Moss Walters and president Jackie Ammons welcomed members and recapped highlights of 2023.
