There’s a new spot in town for dog lovers to bring their four-legged friends in for a shopping experience that’ll be sure to get any tail wagging.
Caroline Sullivan opened her doors to Barkley’s Boutique in early November and has been growing her inventory and customer base since.
An avid dog lover and owner, Sullivan knew when she retired she’d want to open a business of her own. After retiring from the Department of Labor, Sullivan made the move from Maryland to Kilmarnock to open her boutique.
