And then there were three. As Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital (RGH) celebrated 44 years of service to the community on March 15, three remarkable associates were recognized for being the last women standing, so to speak, as lifetime employees.
Patricia “Patsy” West, Lillian Haynes and Gwendolyn “Gwen” Cox are celebrating 44 years of employment at RGH.
“The dedication of these three associates is absolutely incredible,” said RGH vice president administrator Alan Bailey. “This kind of longevity is almost unheard of these days, and I think it says so much about the culture of RGH and our associates, that they truly feel like a family…..
