Orthodontist Beth Faber (above) invites patients and their families to trade-in Halloween candy for the treat of helping others. Dr. Faber will pay participants $2 for every pound of wrapped, store-bought candy surrendered, up to five pounds of candy per person. Candy will be accepted at the weigh-in from noon to 4:30 p.m. November 1 at Faber Orthodontics, 1790 Ball Street, Tappahannock; or 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. November 7 at 100 DMV Drive, Kilmarnock.
