Lancaster County Boys & Girls Club members recently had a visit from Giles Scott, a youth influencer with Virginia Career Works.
Scott brought virtual reality to life for Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Neck (BGCNN) teens. Ten to 15 selected teens participated in the virtual reality experience as part of CareerLaunch.
CareerLaunch is a Boys & Girls Club of America program which encourages members ages 13-18 to assess their skills and interests, explore careers, make sound educational decisions and prepare to join the work force.
Every week this summer guest speakers will visit BGCNN to talk to teens about different career….
