Northern Neck CASA’s “There’s Magic in Believing” art contest winners have been selected.
“This art contest, which was held as a fund raiser for our program, was offered to all art classes here in the Northern Neck,” said director Betty Wirth.
“We were very fortunate to have all of these wonderful, talented students enter the contest. With restrictions being upheld because of COVID-19, the tasks of the art instructors and the limited time available to both students and teachers was a challenge well confronted.
