The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce will sponsor a free workshop “Civilian Response and Casualty Care” Thursday, April 7, at the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
The Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) teaches how to respond when an attack occurs, whether by firearms, knife, vehicle or other weapon.
“This training is specifically for you, your family and friends, your co-workers, community partners, your churches, and other concerned citizens,” said Chamber executive director Anne Paparella.
