Conservationist to discuss Dragon Run ecosystem

The Kilmarnock Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 20, at Kilmarnock Baptist Church, 65 East Church Street, Kilmarnock.

Jeff Wright, president of the Friends of Dragon Run (FODR) and a kayak paddle tour guide, will be the featured speaker, reported Jo Manson.

Wright will provide insights into the Dragon Run ecosystem. FODR owns and manages wilderness areas totaling more than 650 acres along the shoreline of Dragon….
