LITWALTON—Dandridge “Dan” Carter Towles, 75, of Litwalton passed away on April 27, 2022. He was a U. S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his brother, Tommy Lee Towles; his significant other of 42 years, BJ Sawdy; nephew, Thomas Lee Towles Jr. (Brenda); and cousins, Ann Lee Criswell and Anita Tadlock (Norman).
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Lee Towles and Lucy Carter Towles; and cousin, Raymond E. Dobyns.
Dan was a lifetime member of the Lancaster Moose Lodge and he was very proud of that. He never met a stranger and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, May 1, at St Mary’s Whitechapel Cemetery, Lively.
