Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern will hold a “Burn the Mortgage” barbecue fundraiser from 3:30-6:30 p.m. October 6 on the Tavern Green, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville.
Bill and Pam Gurley will perform with Fiddlesticks outside under the Tavern’s “big top.”
The menu will include pulled pork, sausage and chicken, made by BBQ Master, Sid Mace of Reedville, plus appetizers, cole slaw, potato salad, baked beans, desserts and soft drinks…
