U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 33 will conduct their eighth annual flag retirement ceremony at 3 p.m. on Flag Day, June 14, at Kilmarnock Volunteer Fire Department property off 101 Radio Road.
“Flag Day is the most appropriate day to conduct the ceremony,” said Flotilla 33 commander Pat Hogan. “Our ceremony is based upon the American Legion’s policy for respectful disposal of our flag.”
