The Golden Eagle Golf Course in Irvington, and the adjoining Golden Eagle Grill, will remain open, according to Syndee Akers, marketing and communications specialist for Enchantment Group.
Enchantment Group, the ownership and management company for the Tides Inn and Golden Eagle, has reached an agreement with Golden Eagle of Irvington LLC that will allow the course to remain open.
Enchantment Group announced last fall that it planned to permanently close the course and grill on October 30, 2018, and the company would reinvest money saved from that closure into projects at Tides Inn.
