LANCASTER—It has been six months since Judge John S. Martin set a May 17 review hearing in Lancaster County General District Court with Janice Baylor about her pigs running loose in the Iberis Road neighborhood.
Back in November, Martin fined Baylor $500 each on two misdemeanor charges of livestock roaming on a public highway. Another 14 identical charges were held in the hopes that Baylor would get the pigs under control and avoid the additional fines. However, Baylor was found guilty of livestock running at large in addition to inadequate care of agricultural animals after a separate incident in January.
As a result, Judge David B. Caddell Jr., sitting in for Judge Martin, found Baylor guilty on four….
