In girls tennis, Lancaster trumps Northumberland, 4-2

Lancaster’s number two Ella Posey pulled off a big win to help Lancaster beat Northumberland in a battle of first-year tennis teams last week at Indian Creek Yacht and Country Club.

The Red Devils beat the Indians, 4-2. 

Posey came from behind to beat Bradi O’Bier of Northumberland, 8-6, in a close set.

Playing number three for Lancaster, Jenascia Henderson won 8-1 over Itzel Santamaria and Henderson and her sister SemaJ Coleman won, 8-0, in doubles.
