In track and field, Lancaster girls place first; boys, second

The Lancaster High School girls track team won nine events and scored 133 points to beat King William and Washington & Lee in a tri-meet at Northumberland High School last Thursday.

King William scored 103 points for second place.

Lancaster’s track teams have one week remaining in regular season events and will compete for the Northern Neck District trophies Thursday, May 16, in Claraville. NHS will host the district meet.
