Kids First notes success for 3-year-old program

The applications process for 2021-22 early childhood programs in Lancaster and Middlesex counties is now open.

The pre-kindergarten classes for 3-year-olds—initially at Lancaster, followed by Middlesex schools—have demonstrated over the past eight years to have successfully closed the much-studied “learning gap” experienced by children from struggling financial circumstances, according to a press release for Kids First Foundation. Parents of children who will be three this year are now able to apply on-line.
