KILMARNOCK—The Kilmarnock Town Council on Tuesday, April 27, conducted a workshop to consider adjustments to the draft fiscal year 2021-22 town budget.
According to town manager Susan Cockrell, several changes have been made to the budget proposal, primarily under general funds. Council collectively endorsed the idea of setting aside $30,000 as donations towards emergency medical services and the fire department as suggested by councilman Les Spivey during a previous workshop.
