KILMARNOCK—Due to the uncertainties associated with COVID-19 and in an effort to best protect the welfare of the residents and employees, access to the Kilmarnock town hall became limited effective Monday, January 4.
Access is now by appointment only, said community development coordinator Ashley Jones.
Office hours will remain 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Call 435-1552 to schedule an appointment.
