LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Thursday, September 3, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Trevin J. Anderson of White Stone, charged with a felony for carjacking; a felony for destruction of property; two felonies for offender escape without violence; three felonies for child abuse, disregard of life; four misdemeanors for assault and battery; a misdemeanor for making a false report to police; a misdemeanor for fleeing from law enforcement; a misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, first offense; a misdemeanor for reckless driving; and a civil charge for refusing a blood/breath test; was found not guilty by reason of insanity. A review hearing was scheduled for November 5.
