LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, October 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Clinton R. Chewning of Weems, charged with two felony probation violations and one felony for malicious wounding, a bond hearing was continued and a hearing for the defendant to advise the court about an attorney was scheduled for October 29.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for probation violations, a hearing was continued to January 28.
In the case of Terrence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with one felony count of selling a Schedule I/II substance and one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to January 28.
