LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, January 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Matthew Q. Rosner, no address given, charged with two felonies for probation violations, a hearing was continued to April 22 as Rosner is a fugitive.
In the case of Clifton O. Saul, no address given, charged with a felony for selling cocaine and a felony for distributing a Schedule I/II substance, a hearing to appoint counsel was held and a trial will be set February 4.
In the case of Terrence M. Clarke of Weems, charged with a felony for selling a Schedule I/II substance and a felony for violating probation on a felony offense, an arraignment was continued to April 22 as Clarke is a fugitive.
