LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, September 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
In the case of Kimberly L. Blackwell of Kilmarnock, charged with a felony for strangling with injuries as a result; two misdemeanors for assault and battery; a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor for drinking alcohol at an after school activity; a hearing to appoint counsel was continued and a status hearing was scheduled for October 6.
In the case of Barlow K. Crosby of Kilmarnock, charged with three felonies for malicious wounding, a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor for destruction of property, a trial will be set September 29.
