LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, June 28, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Jerrick D. Saunders of Lancaster, charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense and one misdemeanor count for violating probation on a misdemeanor offense, was continued to July 12.
Brandon M. Roberts of Holiday, Fla., charged with one felony count for violating probation on a felony offense, pleaded no contest and probation was revoked. He was sentenced to four years and nine months, of which three years and nine months were suspended, and probation of two years upon release.
