LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, May 22, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Molly J. Kane of Lancaster, charged with one felony for selling/distributing cocaine, failed to appear in court. A show cause hearing is scheduled for May 29. Kane is also charged with a felony for possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance. A hearing to appoint counsel has been scheduled for May 29 and a trial set for June 19.
