LANCASTER—The Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, July 10, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Wayne M. Gaskins of Lancaster, charged with a felony for selling a Schedule I/II substance, was set for trial on trial October 9.
The case of Markeese O. Broughton of Weems, charged with three felonies for selling cocaine, was set for trial October 9.
In the case of Molly J. Kane of Lancaster, charged with one felony for selling an imitation controlled substance and one felony for selling cocaine, the trial was continued by motion of the defense. A trial is to be set at the next hearing on July 24.
In the trial of Marissa N. Morales of Lancaster, charged with felony possession with intent to distribute an imitation controlled substance, the charges were dismissed.
