The Rappahannock River Yacht Club (RRYC), on November 27, will host Lights on the Creek 2021, a lighted boat parade on Carter Creek. Boats should gather at the RRYC docks before dusk where a lead boat will guide the parade. A skippers’ safety meeting will be held at 2 p.m. on parade day at the RRYC Clubhouse, 100 Rappahannock Road, Irvington.
There is no entry fee; however, parade organizers ask that participants register by submitting their name, contact information and boat description to LightsOnCreek2021@gmail.com, or visit RRYC.org.
