LMS students have access to STEM Club activities

Lancaster Middle School introduced a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Club last year. The club meets twice a week after school.

The mission of the STEM Club at Lancaster Middle School is to encourage the students to use what they learn in school to solve problems, reported Frances Hubbard. The STEM activities are fun and engaging and the students build their confidence and their problem-solving skills.

LMS designed a website, Community Connections, so all LMS students will have access to STEM activities they can do at home with their parents or other family members, said Hubbard.
