Many local voters favored new election laws

KILMARNOCK—With this year’s election, voters had more options when it came to voting, with new laws allowing for early voting and expanded mail-in voting.

The General Assembly approved a 45-day voting window prior to Election Day 2020, and voters seemed to approve of the option.
