Two new businesses and a real estate development have advanced beyond the planning stage and can now be constructed in Kilmarnock, according to town planning and zoning director Marshall Sebra.
“In the past couple weeks, they’ve all decided to move forward as fast as they can and they’ve got the appropriate approvals to do so. It’s not a guarantee that these things are even going to happen yet, but they’re at the stage where they can pull the trigger on breaking ground,” Sebra said.
