HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, February 26, with Judge R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Tiffany N. Wade of Waldorf, Md., charged with two felonies including one count for the manufacture of a controlled substance and one count for child abuse and disregard for the life of a child, was continued to March 5.
The disposition of Kirk L. Lampkin Jr. of Burgess, charged with two misdemeanors including one count for violating his probation on a misdemeanor offense and one count for contempt of court, was continued to April 23.
The trial of Lemanuel M. Veney of Callao, charged with two felony counts for manufacturing controlled substances, was continued to March 5.
A status hearing on the case of Tyrell O. Brown of Hague, charged with violating his probation on a felony offense, was continued to April 16.
