HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, March 16, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Robert H. Mahan Jr. of Burgess pleaded guilty to felony petit larceny, third-plus offense. Sentencing was carried over to March 30.
Brandi N. McGehee of Newtown pleaded guilty to three counts of felony larceny, third-plus conviction. On the first count, McGehee was sentenced to four years with three years and three months suspended and indefinite supervision, and was ordered to pay $363.46 in restitution. On the second and third counts each, McGehee was sentenced to four years with four years suspended and indefinite supervision.
Adam B. Freeman-Jones of Deltaville pleaded guilty to entering a house with intent to commit assault and battery, which was amended from a felony to a misdemeanor, and was sentenced…
